I brought in a picture and description of the vehicle I wanted to test drive. Eric Hehr was my salesperson; I was his first sale on his first day at the dealership. I felt that I was respected and treated well; that isn't always true for a single woman. I would go back to Jeff Belzer Chevrolet and I will recommend them to my friends. More

We called them regarding a truck we saw on car soup, we contacted the dealership, even went to test drive it. Offered a small amount less then their listed price, they said they would have to get approval contacted the dealership, even went to test drive it. When we didn't hear from them after an hour we called and left a message. After 3 more hours we called and left a message again. finally 2 hours later they called and said they not only could not take $400 off, the price was actually $2000 MORE than the price that was discussed. Supposedly because of some trade allowance we didn't qualify for that they claim was noted on their website. Whether it is or not is beside the point, it was not noted on the car soup ad that listed the vehicle at a price that was comparable and closer to what the vehicle was worth. This is not only wrong, it is illegal to advertise a price and not honor it. More

Zach Anderson was the most committed, caring, FUN salesperson I have ever dealt with in purchasing a new vehicle. When I began my new car search...I put a ton of time into it....looking online, talking with friends/relatives and visiting 8 dealerships. Jeff Belzers was dealership #9 and was the LAST one. My search was it....looking online, talking with friends/relatives and visiting 8 dealerships. Jeff Belzers was dealership #9 and was the LAST one. My search was done!! I have now found my favorite dealership to work with and more importantly sales person- Jeremy Anderson was absolutely fantastic. I felt he listened to what I was looking for, he was patient...allowing me test drive cars a couple different times and answered ALL of my questions. He also called me back right away the next day with my payment options. I had a price point I wanted to be within and he was able to do BETTER!! On a side note...a different Kia dealer wanted a large amount down for a lease, plus the monthly payment was still very high...I did not like feeling like I was being "taken"; therefore told that sales guy- I found a better dealer/sales person and would be working with him-Jeremy. I appreciated feeling like Jeremy understood what my budget was and was willing to do whatever he needed to do, to help me get into a new car- which is exactly what happened! I love my Kia. I need to be on the road for work and I like feeling confident that I have reliable transportation, get good gas mileage and feel safe. I have also needed to look at used cars for my teenagers. My teens have found older used cars on Craig's List and when I have called Jeremy he has been very willing to answer my questions on these used cars, mileage, repairs for that type of make etc.. That is customer service! I may have bought a car from him but he is still willing to help me out with car questions on other cars from Craig's List. I have truly appreciated that great service and advice from him. Since buying my car, I have been back for service- oil changes. Every time I have been there I am impressed at how clean, friendly and prompt the service department runs. They answer my questions and get me and my car in and out very quickly! One time I stopped by and just asked- "would you check my tires?"....he said yes and took care of adding air..no charge. Other than driving, washing and putting gas in a car- I hate dealing with "car stuff"; its great knowing I have Jeff Belzers to go too for all of my car needs. Thank you Jeff Belzers and Jeremy- you are GREAT! More
