Evan, service writer, was not good. First, he suggested the wrong repair (the service techs told him they never would have done it the way Evan suggested). And secondly, Evan failed to communicate with me (on Monday he told me the car would be done on Tuesday…on Friday afternoon I called to get an update, and no one could update me since Evan and the service tech had both left for the day). And third, he quoted me initially…and the next time he mentioned a price, he only told me that it would be $1500 less…but failed to mentioned that what he really meant, is he was honoring his original price when the repair would typically cost $1500 more than the original quote. More
