Just as easy as BAD Customer Service. Pruchased my latest Jeep from this dealer based on a reco from a friend who knew the owner. The sales process was great and no issues on my end from that part of the experience. However every service has been a "hassle" when you bring your car in you feel as if you are "burdening" the desk staff with the info on the vehicle (even when you are just bringing it in for your oil change). Some of the staff is friendly however the over all feel is that you are not wanted. Working in the service industry myself the first few times I turned my head assuming maybe they had experienced a horrible customer before myself but I have always been polite and calm with my requests and as the pattern continued I have stopped servicing my car at this dealer when I can avoid it. From a mechanic perspective i have had no issues and the one conversation I did have with one of their more experienced mechanics assured me at least the guys in the back knew what they were doing and was even a very pleasant conversation and good experience with him. Unfortunately the people responsible for being the "face" of the service department just ruin the experience. All warrantee work and recall work is done at other dealers now and once out of warrantee I plan to use other dealers or personal mechanics for any work. All of my previous purchases were from another dealer whom I will definitely be returning to for my next purchase even if the cost is a little more. These issues could be fixed with replacing some of the staff members but based on the reviews i have seen on multiple websites I don't think management is paying attention or just has no car. The service department is extremely out of date and cramped so do not plan on waiting for your car. I would recommend looking at Norwalk (Garavel) or Ridgefield (Pamby's) for your future servicing needs. More
WORST "Customer Service" I have been bringing my 2013 Wrangler to the Greenwich service department for 3 years and I have finally had enough and will NEVER be bringing my car I have been bringing my 2013 Wrangler to the Greenwich service department for 3 years and I have finally had enough and will NEVER be bringing my car there again. I am a 27 year old female and constantly feel like I am being taken advantage of for being young and a woman. My uncle happens to be a mechanic so I would double check with him when they would tell me what work my car needed. When I would say "no thank you" to their recommendations, Howard at the front desk would say "well I hope someone is taking care of your car because you sure aren't". Last month my check engine light came on. Brought the car in thinking it would be covered under my 5 year warranty. 2 months out of my 3 year warranty and I needed new spark plugs and a coil pack. They had my car for 3 days and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and any time I called to get an update, Jennifer at the front desk would huff and puff as if I was putting her out. Meanwhile, they didn't have a loaner for me to use but told me they could help me rent a car through Enterprise. A few weeks after this my car started making a rumbling noise. Brought my car in yesterday and they told me it was the brake light switch. $160 to replace that and I was told that the problem was resolved and I wouldn't hear the rumbling noise anymore. Leaving work yesterday I heard the rumbling noise again, just 7 hours after they "repaired" it and told me I wouldn't hear the noise anymore. Brought the car back today to get my money back. The only way they would refund me my money is if they took out the new brake light switch and put my old one back. The woman at the front desk made sure I knew it wasn't her fault. This place has ZERO customer service. They get irritated when you ask questions or ask to clarify something. They are just interested in making money, not taking care of your car or serving you as a customer. More

Awful sales setup Stopped by to test drive and purchase the new cherokee. Right off the bat I felt like turning around and walking out as the Sales people had no idea Stopped by to test drive and purchase the new cherokee. Right off the bat I felt like turning around and walking out as the Sales people had no idea what deals they have on the website. They were advertising a cherokee 4x4 for 25K brand new; Only I was looked at as if I made the whole thing up. They looked at the website and said oh yea, I guess you are right, here is the deal right here - but we don't have that one. They had me test drive one that they had on the lot and I was told they could get the one adverstised from another dealer had I liked it enough. So I got back and said let's go for it. After all I had filled out the pre-assessment for my car online with came out to a low of 6800 and a high at 7800 and I submitted it in fair condition - which it is actually in really good condition.. So they had a look and said KBB was 2000 for my vehicle. I have had other dealers give me quotes above 7K. So my guess is that the whole online deal is a huge gimmick and they did not want to get another vehicle from another lot. Essentially this was a big waste of my time and I walked away feeling pretty insulted. But I am glad I am smart enough to not get ripped off! History repeats itself...... This place is close to where I work, so 3 years later I decide to give it another go. I test drove a used cheeroke with some major transmission issues. I ask the guy how much does the new ones start at? "I could get you into one at about 30K - Maybe slightly less with incentives" he replies. I walk through the showroom and right in the middle of the floor is a jeep advertised as 25K on the windshield. LOL this place is unreal I am thinking. Just for the xxxx of it I will price my trade, this time being a 3 year old car with every option, KBB is 22,000 with all things considered......BOOOM> 15K is the most they will offer. Just like the time before they were at least 5K off on the bid and again 3 years later.... ditto. More
Turbo experience I visited the facility on Saturday June 13,2015, and had the unfortunate luck of meeting a sales person named Jerry Melendez. I could immediately tell I visited the facility on Saturday June 13,2015, and had the unfortunate luck of meeting a sales person named Jerry Melendez. I could immediately tell Mr. Melendez was not interested in selling me a vehicle. I'm sure when he saw me, a young male, he assumed I was wasting his time. His product knowledge was nonexistent, or again he just assumed it would be a waste of time explaining nothing to me. In fact the only thing he would tell me about the vehicle was " this jeep is pretty basic." Even with that being said I asked him if we can go inside and talk about pricing. When we sat down, he gave me a paper with what my monthly payments would be, the down payment, etc. Mr Melendez then asked me " have you ever financed a vehicle?" In which I replied "no". He then followed up with "Do you own a home?" again in which I replied "no". Mr Melendez then had the ordasity to say " well then how do you expect to finance a vehicle if you don't own a home or ever financed a car?" I was shocked that he would say that. This gentlemen hasn't even attempted to run my credit yet, but at this point I could see that he did not care. I replied by explaining to him that my creditworthiness is good and that I have plenty of credit cards, student loans, etc. His reply was that doesn't matter. I then made up my mind that this was not a place where I wanted to do business. I left your facility and brought my business to Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge where there were friendly and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler Altitude Edition for the same exact price Mr Melendez told me I would pay for his Basic Model. I will never bring my business to Jeep Chrysler Dodge City, and I will never refer anyone there. More

Not only did the used jeep being advertised not exist, it was just a ploy to try to sell a new car upon arrival. To top it off, another sales manager was incredibly rude and condescending. I felt insulted multiple times over in the 10 minutes I was there. Beware of this dealership. More

John Curran helped me with the appt and Jennifer was my service advisor who was friendly and knowledgeable, had all information ready for me for any question I asked and more. They even went out of their way to clean up the mess Garavel Jeep in Norwalk left underneath my car from a previous service. This should be your first/only option if you are considering a place to service your Jeep. More
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a used Jeep Liberty from the dealership that is associated with this service center. Right from the beginning I have had issues with this I purchased a used Jeep Liberty from the dealership that is associated with this service center. Right from the beginning I have had issues with this vehicle. I brought the car in for service because it has a problem going from reverse to drive after being parked for awhile and it has a soft convertible top that is not sealed properly so that when you drive at higher speeds it is quite noisey from the wind. Neither problem has been remedied. Both the dealership and service people have blown me off. In fact, the old guy who sold me my Jeep behaves as if I am putting him out. I have had to fight these people on everything. I have never had that experience before with a car dealership and service center. The front end people at the service center have no people skills and talking to them is like talking to a wall. I have been to many service centers in Greenwich for my clients and I have to say, this is the worst one I have ever encountered for vehicle repairs and customer service. In fact, they should not use the words "customer service" because they don't understand what that means. Needless to say, I will never buy a Jeep again especially from this dealership. They have soured me on this maker. More
