Never bought any car but Ford. I stopped in the Jeep Dealership just to look at a Jeep because I liked the style, had no intention of buying. However, after meeting Ron Gentile I was sold on the Jeep Cherokee. He is the nicest car salesman i ever meet. He did not push me, was very knowledgeable and very patient with all my indecision. He was helpful with the entire transaction of getting my special plates transferred, which state of Connecticut made difficult. Ron sat with me in the car explaining all the functions. I will always go to Ron for a new car, because of Ron Gentile, Ford lost a customer. More

Terrible Service Department The service department is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I brought my car in because of some damage. In their attempt to fix the problem (wh The service department is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I brought my car in because of some damage. In their attempt to fix the problem (which took them twice as long as promised) they caused more damage to the car. Even though I had documentation showing that the damage was caused by them they wanted me to pay for not only the part but the inspection on the car as well. (which also took longer than promised) I would avoid this service department again and if you need to go, ask to work with the manager directly. More
