Ron Gentile is professional, very knowledgeable, a Jeep specialist with knowledge of all things Jeep, and has the personality that one wants when buying a Jeep. Terrible Service Department The service department is completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I brought my car in because of some damage. In their attempt to fix the problem (which took them twice as long as promised) they caused more damage to the car. Even though I had documentation showing that the damage was caused by them they wanted me to pay for not only the part but the inspection on the car as well. (which also took longer than promised) I would avoid this service department again and if you need to go, ask to work with the manager directly. More

Jennifer is short both on the phone and in person. Howard is a nightmare. Not an ounce of customer service ability in either of them. They were not only rude and demeaning to me ( on at least three occasions) but also to the rental car guy who came to get me. If the manager had an ounce of sense, he would hand them both a pink slip and replace them with people who can handle the job. You can't put people in customer service who have no idea how to suck it up and be nice. Or at the very least cordial. And on a repair front: Please don't sell someone a certified used car if it's not ready to leave the lot. Two trips to the service center in three weeks for a car with 16,000 miles and no working navigation system and an oil leak is not a good way to build customer relations. And when Howard tells you, "Unfortunately, it is your problem", it only compounds things. Never buying another car here again. And we buy a lot of cars! More
