I was driving into work at 7:15am and phoned the service department. I spoke with Brittany and asked if I could get an oil change done that same day. She said no problem, I can get you in at 10:40am. I agreed and told I her I would drop the truck off now since I was driving right by the dealership on my way into work. I pulled up in front of the service department and Daniel met me before I could ever get out of the truck. He was very professional and took care of checking me in. He offer me a shuttle to my office, but I told him thank you, but I had it handled. I went on to work with the thought the truck would be ready by 11:30 or so based on my appointment. Incredibly, I received a phone call from Daniel at 8:30am from Daniel notifying me that my truck was ready. I returned shortly after to pickup my truck. This was my first time having service done at RAM of Ontario and it was great. Daniel was very professional. I will definitely be using RAM of Ontario for any future service needs.
