They don't care about the customer I leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December of 2015 from this dealer. While the acquisition process was painless (largely thanks to Costco), atte I leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December of 2015 from this dealer. While the acquisition process was painless (largely thanks to Costco), attempts to get service have not been. At the time of acquisition, I was told that schooled service was with out charge and that all one had to do was to call to make an appointment. For over 2 months, I tried to call the service center, the service manager and the GM with no results and no return calls. I tried the website which allegedly permits one to make appointments, however that aspect of the website doesn't work. Finally, my wife got through and was told that "no appointment was necessary" for oil changes, DEF addition or scheduled maintenance. As a medical professional,I work long hours and people depend upon me to be available for emergencies as well as for routine care. Unfortunately, I took my vehicle in for service this morning and was told that the wait for service would be a few hours. WHen I inquired about the possibility of an appointment, I was told that they didn't make appointments. I explained to them that I had already had to add DEF so that the vehicle would start and that I really needed to get back to the hospital. The service advisor stated that he would take it back personally and have it out within an hour--an hour an one half, at most. At an you, I check ed back with them and was told that the car should be done in about 15 minutes or so b/c they just got it up on the rack. Suffice it to say, that several check and over another hour later, they finally pointed me to the cashier (apparently Jeep is not upscale enough to treat customers the way that the German manufacturers do…) telling me that the car would be out front when I returned. A search around the customer parking and 2 trips to the advisor later, the tech pulled the car up to the parking space and told me that I would have to wait for the advisor b/c they had "paperwork" to complete. The advisor was out with another customer and the other advisors refused to help (even though they weren't busy) b/c "my" advisor was there. Needless to say ,this is a horrible way to treat one's customers and I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. I do not know if the other Jeep dealers are more professional in their customer service, however if Jeep truly wants to move upmarket and play with the big boys, they are going to have to step up their customer service game and not try to make you feel as if you are imposing upon them for service. In addition, Jeep should be clear that routine maintenance for leased vehicles is NOT included. They want to charge you for what most manufacturers include in the package. GO ELSEWHERE. More
