Service manager Dale and customer relationship manager Mirasol are so useless I took my car in to have work done I have an extended warranty Dale was so rude every time he talk to me on the phone he talk Mirasol are so useless I took my car in to have work done I have an extended warranty Dale was so rude every time he talk to me on the phone he talk down to me and only time he would talk to me is when I went to Mirasol and she had him call me back so I don’t know what they said to each other before he called me back but he always had an attitude when he called me back and when I called her very condescending so I took finally was able to take my car in there to get work done with my extended warranty I get a rental vehicle mind you I’ve been going there for 30+ years buying cars and having my car serviced the last time I was in there my car was in service for two weeks I got a rental no out-of-pocket costs this time I have my car serviced for seven days they would only pay for five days until the rental company I have to pay for the additional days even though they still have my car and I called Marisol to ask what was going on she had no idea I had a cocktail who does not call me back at all I’m so done with this dealership so done I had to neighbors that wanted to purchase Chrysler vehicles 11 of the new SUV the Wagneer told them to go to another dealership because even if you bought your car there if it had to be serviced I was embarrassed to have someone go through what I would More
Christian’s easy communication over text, sent fast pictures of car, and knowledge about my car made the sale easy. I never felt like I was being played or salesed. He was happy to work for me. 1st and foremost we would like to say that we found the sales people to be very courteous and outgoing in trying to make a sales. Our problem is with the dealership pricing. We were being asked to pay betw sales people to be very courteous and outgoing in trying to make a sales. Our problem is with the dealership pricing. We were being asked to pay between 5,000 and 10,000 dollars over MSRP on a brand new ram 2500 diesel because of a supply issues. We found this was also the case at Moss Brothers in San Bernardino. So we decided to contact Martin Swanty dodge ram dealer in Kingman Az. since we have a second house in the city of kingman. We were informed by the dealer that they were not charging anything over MSRP on new diesels like some other dealerships were. So we ended up buying our new ram 2500 laramie 4x4 diesel at this dealership Saving the added mark up cost of 5000 to 10000 dollars plus the added sales tax. Yes it may have been an inconvenience to go out of state but look at the amount of money we saved. More

Carl Good morning, I picked up my car from Carl 8/24/21- Invoice 739060 Customer number 358292. My Chrysler Town and Country was there for 2 weeks. Carl called me and asked me my concern about my transmission and I told him it was over heating when I went up to Big Bear. I need the van safe as Big Bear is where my second home is and I head up that way often. He said ok, "yea I see the error code. You are asking for it to be serviced?" I said yes. He responded, "Ok, good- just want to be sure we are on the same page". Now I did not know this was a trick question, as I am not an advisor for Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler, however I am an Advisor for an Quality Control department. My job is to advise people of what they should do to maintain quality. Now Carl did not advise me of ANYTHING he asked me what my "professional opinion" of what I should do to my car, but did not give me his. That is ridiculous, as I am not a car expert and I was unaware that there is a big difference between servicing my vehicle and diagnosing my vehicle. So when I asked him when I went to pick up my vehicle what was the problem with my transmission, he said I don't know, you asked me to service it- not diagnose it. I looked at him in shock. "My car has been here for two weeks and you did not diagnose the problem I brought it in for?" He said, you said to service it. "Carl- you don't do my job- I would not expect you to know the lingo in my position, if fact I would define them to you if I had to. You did not explain I needed to use the word diagnose in order for you to find the problem I brought it in for! It was here for two weeks, I expected this to be done at 100% not 50% because I did not use the correct wording. You said you saw the error code, why wouldn't you find the issue?" He TOSSED my car papers back to me and said he didn't have time for this. So not only did he do his job at 50% using an error in wording as an excuse for his lack in performance, but his lack in customer service infuriated me further! Then his manager came to the desk and asked me what the issue was, he actually sat down calmly with a condescending smile and said, " I was there when Carl called you." As he started to defend him, I laughed. I laughed because he did not try to calm me, but continued to make excuses to why they had my vehicle for two weeks and only did 50% of their job. I responded, "I am sure you were there, you sit right there every time one of your advisor makes a phone call I am sure. I don't believe that one bit!" I am very disappointed, every car we have owned in the past 13 years have only been Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler, and we are in the market to buy again and this experience has me looking at other brands. I have never been given such terrible service, I wish Dave still worked there- he explained everything to me and always went over and beyond he duties. More

I called made an appt. and took car in and was told it may be a week before it would be looked at. I realize they are busy so I reluctantly agreed. A week went by, didn’t get any update. Called 4 times until I would get disconnected. Finally someone answered, when I told them I had been calling, I was told that they don’t run to the phone every time it rings. She had an attitude. I asked her to let me speak to a manager, of course they are in a meeting but will call back. Dan never returned call. A couple days go by called and got Kirk, he did call back and said he would keep me updated. Said he was glad I shared how bad customer service was and he would address it. 5 days went by, called Kirk, left two messages, never got my call returned. Finally I decide to just pick up car. I was still charged the analyzing fee of 168.00. Totally shocked, but after reading these reviews, I can see that the problem with customer service starts at the top. More
