Stay away from this dealership! ! Brought my car in for an 11:30 “appointment” and waited in the service line for an hour. I scheduled the appointment to have mud flaps installed, w ! Brought my car in for an 11:30 “appointment” and waited in the service line for an hour. I scheduled the appointment to have mud flaps installed, which I was told would take an hour. I finally get to the front of the line only to be told that my car would be ready the following morning. I complained to the service manager who (with a smug and insincere attitude) explained to me that the “appointment” was just a “drop-off time” and that the hour that was quoted was the labor from when they began the work. I want that hour of my life back - and I am never bringing my car here again. More
