He was very patient with me and made sure I understand every document I was signing and the warranties on the car. He is excellent customer service and very patient. I was browsng one afternoon and Mr. Holland approached me and introduced himself, and even though he wasn't officially on duty pointed out some cars I might be interested in after I told him the kind of thin and introduced himself, and even though he wasn't officially on duty pointed out some cars I might be interested in after I told him the kind of things I needed to address. I came back on a busy Sat. afternoon and he approached me and because he was busy with a customer he found Mr. Lyons to assist me. I ended up deciding on a car that day. They worked with me on the amount of deposit I could make and said they would try to get me 0% financing. Since it was late Saturday, they worked to get me that financing which eased my budget concerns. I have been helping family out financially and they really came through for me. Buying a car might have been impossible without the 0% financing. I set up a time to pick up my car, which I ended up having to change, and again they came through Since I wasn't trading a car I had to have a ride from a relative, which restricted me somewhat. Everyone was so kind and helpful and went out of their way to see that I got what I wanted. The finance person spent a lot of time and worked to get an extra warranty and gap coverage and still keep me within my goal of having my payments below $300. I couldn't have been more pleased. When I get ready to buy again, or if I know of someone that's in the market for a car, I will definitely recommend this dealership, More
