Once I picked them we discussed the monthly price for the cars. Also showed me the monthly price for 2014 to compare. He was patient and I explained to him why I was trading the car. He understood. We waited for the finance department to discuss my situation. He explained to me what the trade in amount would be and with the cars I picked. I traded my car in and left a happy customer. He stayed with me the whole time. He answered any questions I had. He helped me take things out the old car to new car. Got a fantastic price on the Scion and a fair price for my trade-in. After driving it, realized there was a problem with the automatic transmission. Took it in for them to look at, and they found it needed the transmission replaced. They are replacing the transmission at no cost and gave me a rental car until it is ready. I have to say that they are fantastic! When I get the car back, will update the review, and anticipate that I will have another glowing review to write about this dealership! More
