Great experience I heard a squeaking noise so I made an appointment. The scheduler online was easy to navigate and I got right in when I arrived that morning. They were able to diagnose the issue before I even left and confirmed with me a few hours later, after they were able to take a deeper look into it. I have a 2016 Honda Odyssey that has had modifications done to make it handicap accessible for my son that is in a wheelchair. So I am having issues with my parking brake locking up so I take it to United Access and they say the lift company will pay for the repair at a Honda dealer of my choice. I have had bad luck at Lee's Summit Honda so I thought I would try Jay Wolfe since it was the next closest one. I make an appointment for Wednesday Dec 5 at 10:45 am. I arrive at the dealership for my appointment and explain to them what is going on and give them the contact information for United Access and the service tech was very nice and made it seem like it would be no time. Two days go by no call, no update nothing. I call Friday and it was 4:55 pm and they were just calling United Access about my car and they close at 5 so hopefully someone is there. I call on I believe it was Tues. they were taking pictures to send to United Access. No sign on when it will be done or anything I call again on Thur. before I go to work that night when I called the service adviser was off that day and the tech working on my car has left for the day, its 5 pm, and evidently no one new what was going on with my car the guy said he messaged to adviser but he never got back to me. Now you have had my car over a week and still can't tell me anything about whats going on, when it could be done, NOTHING. When I call Friday they finally got approval but didn't have the part. REALLY so you knew you were going to need it to fix the car and you wait until Friday evening and tell me that it will be there at 6:30 am and my car should be done around 11 am. I call on Sat at 11:30 am and the guy tells me they are just pulling it in the shop to start okay the same time you told me it would be done you are just starting. So finally at 4 pm they call, needless to say this is the first time in 10 days that you call me, I can come pick it up its ready. Since then they have called me for a survey on my service visit here's how it went. First they said I brought my car in on Dec. 20 only 15 days off since it was the 5th and when I rated them a 1 out of 5 the lady sounded dumbfounded and asked why and she got the same thing I am saying here.. They called me 6 times over the next 4 days, when I answered they were calling to do another survey great so I did it again they still had the incorrect date I gave them a 1 again and when asked if I would come back for service and I said no way at least the first person that did the survey acted like she cared and said they dropped the ball. More
