Dissapointment -SERVICE CENTER I scheduled a oil change/ maintenance check for my Honda. When scheduling I asked ~how long would it take. When I got to my appt. I was told that woul I scheduled a oil change/ maintenance check for my Honda. When scheduling I asked ~how long would it take. When I got to my appt. I was told that would take ~1.5 hours for the oil change because of many unscheduled services that showed up and they had to see those cars because they have been waiting 3 hours. That truly did not make sense, someone that has an appt. cannot be honored the apt hour because "too many unscheduled services prior to my apt hour". So what is the point of scheduling a time to have your car seen? Even thou the staff apologized for it, it was lost trip for me. I was on my lunch hour, I was not able to have my oil change done. It was not a very good experience to have on my first time taking my car to the Jay Wolfe Honda for maintenance service. NO APPOINTMENT COMES FIRST More

I highly recommend this salesperson as you'll not find another that provides such an informative, calm, & friendly experience throughout the entire process without fail. This time, Amir Akbarnia assisted with my signing all of the appropriate closing paperwork & I found working with him to be very pleasant as well. There was no pressure involved in Amir's process of offering additional products that I could purchase, rather he simply thoroughly explained them to me. As always, this was a great overall experience & I'd recommend them to anyone. More

We always try to research our next purchase and after narrowing it down to the Pilot and Highlander asked for internet pricing. Jay Wolfe was the only dealer the respond with an actual price. The other Honda dealer on the Kansas side along with the local Toyota dealers bombarded we with e-mails and calls trying to set up an appointment but would not give a hint to what I should pay. Savannah Lamar in the internet dept. helped me like no other would. Nicest group of people and no pressure throughout the entire experience from pricing to looking at many vehicles during a snowstorm to financing. More
