Fabulous Service! I've been taking my Honda Civic Hybrid to Jay Wolfe for years, and had a wonderful experience recently. In February, I had to have some work done, I've been taking my Honda Civic Hybrid to Jay Wolfe for years, and had a wonderful experience recently. In February, I had to have some work done, and then about a week ago I started noticing a leak coming from somewhere under the hood. When I brought it to the dealership, Roberto Magana was my service advisor. I spoke with home about the recent service done and the new leak, and he promised to have the technicians thoroughly assess the car. He called later that day and explained what they had found: the sealant applied during the recent service had failed and needed to be reapplied. He asked if I could leave the car for a few days, as the best course of action would be to reapply the sealant, have it thoroughly dry, then fill the reservoir and test the seal. I agreed, and two days later was able to pick up the car. I very much appreciate Roberto's dedication to diagnosing what was wrong with my car and devising the best solution, even if it took more time. By the way--there's no leak now, and they did not charge me for the work (as it was related to the prior service). What a great experience! More
You guys suck I wanted to get a used car buyer's inspection done on a car I was interested in buying. You inspection price is $30.00 dollars higher than any other dealership I have used in the past 2 years. Your service rep who answered the phone was rude and short. And he wanted to charge an additional $170.00 for 2 diagnostic tests that would cost the dealership absolutely nothing. You guys are a rip-off. I will never recommend your dealership to anyone. More

I had done a lot of research and the pricing of the vehicle we were looking at was extremely fair considering the excellent condition the car was in. I was given plenty of space to check out the car with no pushy salesmen! I love that. Just give me room to make my decision, and that was what happened. I believe I got a fair bargain, quality car, and had a great experience getting to know Kim our sales man. Josh was our financing agent. I enjoyed the time spent with him going over the details. I was pretty familiar with process and so it was easy for me to understand what was being covered. When we begin looking for our next car, this is the place I will start and hope they have in what we would be looking for at that time. The only thing I would have liked to have changed what some of the wait time. We drove in from a little over 1 hr away and this dealership was busy. This was the only thing that took away from our experience. More

I appreciate the time that the staff has spent to answer my questions, which at times, were quite frank, yet the staff answered my questions honestly and with respect. I recommend working with Kris Puszynski, Marc Vance, or Amir Akbarnia on your next Honda purchase. These gentlemen kindly worked with me to make the finances of my purchase work with my budget. Personally, I drove away in a beautiful Accord Touring, which I waited two years too long to buy. Honda has demonstrated an exceptional level of detail to the fit of the car, driving characteristics, amenities, and aesthetic beauty for this mid-size car segment. More

Quick Service for Object in Tire I called to ask if they could help with an object embedded in my tire. Lucas said to bring it right in and went ahead and got a replacement tire on i I called to ask if they could help with an object embedded in my tire. Lucas said to bring it right in and went ahead and got a replacement tire on its way while I drove (slowly) to the dealership. The wait was still a little long, but that was because Lucas recommended a second tire because the tread on all tires was getting low. And I went with his recommendation. But they were able to do the regular maintenance during the wait so that saved me another trip. Bottom line - a friendly, positive experience. (And the chocolate chip cookie was good too.) More
