The Customer Lounge is the best I've seen in Kansas City. My drive time to the dealership is about 40 minutes away and I could easily drive to a much closer dealership, but my car buying experience was so outstanding that I will make the drive back to have my vehicle serviced at Jay Wolfe. I've been very happy with the service from Jay Wolfe and would love to buy my next vehicle from them, however, I am not happy with my Honda ownership experience. My vehicle has very low mileage for a 2007--only 84,700 miles, however, I've had to have extensive repairs way over and above normal maintenance. I've had to replace motor mounts, timing belt/chain mechanism, power steering pump, and I'm on the 3rd battery. I purchased a Honda based on their reputation for quality and reliability, but that has not been my experience. Sad to say I will definitely be looking at other options (like Toyota) for my next car purchase, but again--I love the service I've received from Jay Wolfe Honda. More
