Chris Hansmann was the sales person I worked with and he was terrific - very knowledgeable about the cars, very thorough with walking me through all the details on the car and the new features, and very efficient with the entire process. Brad Wolfe helped me through the financing and was also terrific to work with. All in all - a great experience and I would highly recommend using this Honda dealership over pretty much any other place here in KC - I have used the other places and Jay Wolfe is far superior. The customer lounge is of course terrific with the great customer service and free food! More

Still harassing me 4 months later Test drove a car. Got a better price in Lawrence. Jay Wolfe has called 6 times wanting to know if we bought a car yet. She not only went out of her way to ensure I understood the work that was going to be done, but she also printed out my updated insurance card and put it in my glovebox. WOW! Just amazing. She also advised me when my extended warranty period would be expiring in order to proactively re-establish it prior to the expiration. It was nice working with a lady that clearly was very knowledgable about the repairs needed and had such a strong cutsomer focus and great attitude! Kudos to Courtney!
