Great overall, lengthy wait time to finalize purchase We bought a used car for our 2 high school daughters, so we were looking for a good, relabile car and also a teaching experience for them. Chris (sales) and Amir (paperwork) were both great to work with, helpful but not pushy and very professional including our daughters in the communications. We would have appreciated a heads up/clearer explanation of how long the final purchasing process would take. We had to wait an hour to get in to sign the final paperwork and take the car home...on a weeknight with high schoolers who have homework and other commitments, this was frustrating and we would have planned differently had we known. But overall, a great experience and definitely recommend. More
