Oil change I came in for an oil change & tire rotation as the read out on my dash said it's time. Told them I was hearing a slight grinding noise that sounded li I came in for an oil change & tire rotation as the read out on my dash said it's time. Told them I was hearing a slight grinding noise that sounded like maybe the brakes or rotors and ask while they have the tire off to check brakes and was told it was going to cost me $54.95 to check the brakes. I don't have the money for that so couldn't have them check it. I still don't understand why that would cost me that much since they would already have the wheels off to do a tire rotation and I just bought my CRV in Sept 2016. So that is why I only gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star. That and as I waited I watched the other service men bring their customers in and show them around the waiting area while my service guy did not, this was my first visit there other then buying my car. I am not one to complain or comment but since you asked twice in email and left me a voicemail, I decided to answer. Now the lovely lady in the waiting/snack area was very pleasant and helpful! (sorry don't remember her name) More

bad customer service advisor I went to get my free oil change last friday jan. 20th 2017 but the advisor was rude with me and instead try to help me he was telling me that I need I went to get my free oil change last friday jan. 20th 2017 but the advisor was rude with me and instead try to help me he was telling me that I need to bring back my car 2016 CRV with first 5 oil change this was the second one I had to do... I told to the advisor his name is Robert B Bray that my CRV had a problem the trunk did not open when it was cold and it botter me a lot I ask him to check it out and he said I need to bring my car back from Emporia 1 hour and half driving then he said it will take around 1 hour to get a tecntiian to be check it out plus another couple hours to see what was the problem then he offer me a raid I said if you barrow me a car from the dealer I come back from Emporia next day but he said no a rental car I said nope I wont pay a rental car I will wait for my car AND HE STILL RUDE AT ME then I ask talk to the service manager which he never did told to the manager he still rude at me he gave me a paper saying I had to pay around 130 .00 dollars and I told him how come the oil change is free I have four more free oil change because I bought the car in this jay wolf honda dealer with 0 miles then he was more angry at me and he said why I did not tell him I said it should pop out from your sistem because I bought the car here then he fix the paper and it was only around 60 dollars I ask to the advisor about a copy of the paper I signed and he said why we giving the others papers when we finish I said because I wan it please he finally brought the copy to me I went inside the lunch room and I asked another employee to ask a service manager then manager show up we talk the service manager was pretty helpful and he understood what I need it and he was nice and finally the problem was fix thanks service manager..but the advisor Robert B Bray I think he needs more training on customer service because instead say we can not do anything he should say the best way to see what is the problem is when you have it but wi will check up to see what we can do and ask the customers about if they agree to to only the oil change or you want to do what the manual said and the customer can choose if only wants the oil change or something else thanks More

There are not enough words to describe how fantastic I wanted to take the time out to write about my wonderful buying experience at Jay Wolfe Honda. There are not enough words to describe how fantastic Jess Thomas was as a salesman. I had the opportunity to watch him service several potential buyers at the same time. Jess was literally sweating as he was running back and forth to make sure each potential buyer felt that they were important. It was because of his demeanor and pleasant personality that I gave strong consideration to the purchase of my new vehicle. He has the skills and the knowledge to be a strong asset to the Jay Wolfe Honda family. I am very pleased that he was my salesman. I feel that he worked hard to get me the best deal possible and that means a lot to me. I would highly recommend Jay Wolfe Honda to any potential Honda buyer and more specifically, I would recommend that any potential buyer talk to Jess Thomas. More
Refused to fix anything that was under warranty I took my car in a few months after purchasing a new Honda Civic and the dealership refused to fix anything that was under warranty. My cruise control was not working and still is not working correctly. Experienced a lag in the transmission and still am. Notice a crackle in the right speaker. I was told by the service department they couldn't find any such problems. When did companies stop honoring their end of the contract without consequences. I know their would be consequences on my end if I were to stop making payments so I continue to pay for something I don't get and that is a quality car to drive! Sincerely Laurie Pfliegier More
