Great Experience Byron was an excellent service person. I arrived ahead of schedule and ready to walk home to wait for my car to be completed. Great Service and Customer Experience I will start with the service operation. I worked with Jeff and he was friendly and trustworthy. He explained what was done, and what needed to be done very thoroughly and I felt like my car was in great hands. The second reason for my review was rather unexpected. I bought my Accord at Jay Wolfe about a year and a half ago, and when I bought it, it did not have a front license bracket. Now, I'm not in the area all that often so when I came back the next time, I asked the parts department about it, and they told me it would be in the trunk by the spare tire. I didn't bother checking before I got home, but when I did, I realized it was not in there. So when I came in yesterday, I spoke with the parts department and explained my situation and they sent me to the front because they couldn't give me a bracket without charging me. So I went to the front and began explaining it to a man that seemed pretty busy, and he didn't really think he could do anything for me. But Drew overheard and offered his assistance. He went and found a front license bracket for me, and even put it on while my vehicle was in service. Now, it may not have seemed like a big deal to him, but it saved me some trouble in ordering it, hassle trying to explain I had never received one and didn't think it would be fair to have to pay for it, and a trip out to Jay Wolfe. He didn't even have a reason to do it other than for great customer service/experience. Just another reason we will be purchasing our next car from Jay Wolfe. More

One of the best things Jay Wolfe Honda has done has added the Jay Wolfe Pit Stop which makes the waiting go by quicker. You can get a quick snack while your car is being worked on. More
