Was disappointed that the person I needed to talk to regarding my interior issue (which was listed on my online form, but never acknowledged - why do we take time to fill out information if it is ignored??) was not available (not unexpected as it was a Saturday); however, it would have been nice to indicate that the person would call me back versus handing me a card with their name and phone number (but no hours). Also, the first person handling the lounge was not very friendly and seemed more worried about heading home than serving customers. A simple "how can I help you" or acknowledgement of customers presence would have been appreciated. She left and was replaced by a team that was friendly. More
