Awesome service!! It was easy to make an appointment for my vehicle's scheduled maintenance. I was promptly greeted by my Service Advisor, Rob Bray, when I arrived. We It was easy to make an appointment for my vehicle's scheduled maintenance. I was promptly greeted by my Service Advisor, Rob Bray, when I arrived. We discussed what my vehicle was coming in for, what the estimated cost would be and how long it would take to perform the service. Rob escorted me into the Service Department lounge and explained all of the complimentary services that were available to me while I waited. (BTW, the turkey & pepper jack panini on sourdough was great!) When the service on my vehicle was completed (sooner than the promised time!), Rob came into the lounge to let me know that I was ready to go. He explained everything that had been done to my vehicle and shared any concerns that had been noted by the technician. The cost of my service was exactly as had been quoted. Settling the bill was fast and easy. Thank you Rob, and thank you Jay Wolfe Honda, for an outstanding service visit! More
