Service on Steroids I've been to service departments where there doesn't seem to be a commitment to get to the bottom of things and make them right. It actually took me 3 I've been to service departments where there doesn't seem to be a commitment to get to the bottom of things and make them right. It actually took me 3 years, 4 return trips, and a good bit of unnecessary expense to solve an air conditioning problem with my 2006 Accord. So imagine my concern when an air conditioning issue developed after I got sandwiched in a collision with my new Accord. I am delighted to say that Jay Wolfe Honda diagnosed my air conditioning problem, did the initial repair, and then made sure the repair actually solved the problem. Determining that more needed to be done, they stuck with it until they had a true fix. Not only that, but they determined that it was a warranty issue rather than an collision-insurance issue. The work was done at no cost, and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of getting reimbursed by the insurance company of the one who rear-ended me in the first place. Adam provided first rate service and kept me informed throughout the process. As for the waiting area, I felt like I was in the lap of luxury, with excellent food and drink service and a warm, clean, hospitable environment for chilling while the work was done. More
i think it takes too long to complete the service. dropped my car off at 7:00 am. I tried to call at 12:00 to see if work was finished. Your company doesn't offer loaner cars. More
Service was fine but didn't meet expectations I was told on the phone I could get basic service and also get an estimate in some body work.
