Convenient and painless Happy to not be at a dealership for hours! I did arrive before the rush but was good experience. Then, from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Shaun Hansen to sitting at a desk and signing the final papers with Amir, this was the most pain free and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Both Shaun and Amir have great personalities, were friendly and accommodating in the whole process. Shaun was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and working with me to evaluate options. Amir has 10 times the personality of any auto financial person with whom I have ever dealt. Although the "process" that you have to go through to decide on, negotiate, finance and finalize the deal is long and painful, these guys made it tolerable and their humor made it fun at times! More
