This visit was for recall service of an electronic fuel injector, a first in my 20 years as an Acura owner. There was no charge for the service, of course, and they still did the inspections and washed my car. More

The SA, Matt, was very helpful and offered to arrange a ride, but I chose the approximately 1 hour wait. About 1.75 hours later, my car was repaired and cleaned, inside and out, with no trace of greasy handprints or smudges inside. Well done, Hendrick Acura KC! More

The day that we were told to bring the car in (agreed upon by Dalton) - no one knew that we were coming. The loaner car had gas for 80 miles so I had to fill. I was not reimbursed. Our car was not fixed as we were told. Asked to have it repaired correctly and still have heard nothing. Messages sent to Blair with no response. I would like someone above Blair to reach out to fix this. More
