This center is for only selling parts and at Avery high rate I went for oil change. Assuming oil change is done 😀 My screen still shows that oil needs to be changed. Reset not done on the monitor where I have I went for oil change. Assuming oil change is done 😀 My screen still shows that oil needs to be changed. Reset not done on the monitor where I have GPS The service person came to me with my cars cabin and engine filter and suggested to change. Cost for replay was $120. Cost of original filter is only $20. So not sure why dealer is charging $120. More
Great service when adding accessories I brought a newly acquired used MDX to have Hendricks for a product recall, and to add fog lights and a tow package. Prior to brining it in to Hendric I brought a newly acquired used MDX to have Hendricks for a product recall, and to add fog lights and a tow package. Prior to brining it in to Hendricks, the car had overheated and I took it to a repair shop that was part of my warranty from the online dealer I purchased the car from. They ran a diagnostic and said there was no issue and that it was because it idled too long. When Hendricks was installing the fog lights they noticed that the fan fuse was blown and that the car had some collision work done that the dealer did not disclose. Lara was great on keeping me updated and providing me with the documentation to resolve the issue with the original dealer. More

Had a very good experience with dealership We had test drove several cars and decided to go with the TLX. Styling and and handling are great!
