Went in to repair damage to the suspension. Fast forward a few days and there is a metallic noise when going over bumps. A second opinion reveals they left out a bolt on the suspension they repaired. After agring to buy a car they played the high pressure you have to finance though us game. I let them try. They offered my 14% loan and told me no one else was going to touch me for a loan. I was already pre-approved at four banks for rates in the 5% - 7% range. They just got angry and tried to pressure me more and more so I walked out. They called me back the next day and lowered the price so I agreed. This time we completed the sale. AFTER the sale was complete they brought out an extra disclosure form about damage to the car. They found the car she liked in Iowa that could be hauled down, or they were getting one delivered ab we went back to Superior to get my wife a TSX. Well, the dealer called us about 4 days later and said our car was in. I asked them point blank, this isn't the car from Iowa is it, and they said no. It had the "protection package" on it, which we specifically said we didn't want before hand, to which the dealer replied "they must have put it on before we could tell them not too." They didn't charge us for it, so we were ok with that. We started looking around the car, and it looked alright. We started signing the paperwork and it was the car from Iowa! We were pretty irritated that lied to our face. We then went to finance where Dave tried to sell us window etching, and proceeded to haggle to try and get something out of it, since it was already done! We told them we didn't want it, so he said they would kick it in free of charge. Jerk. Anyways, after being lied to repeatedly, I would urge everybody to buy their Acuras from Jay Wolfe! More
Bought my Acura at another dealer (which I regret) however I have my Acura serviced at Superior Acura and have been pleased all around. I like their loaner car program and free car wash.
