He treated me very professionally and at the completion of my service he recommended an oil compression test based on a letter from Acura he said l should have received. I did not receive the letter, most likely because of my move to Kansas. Again, l was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism shown by Scott. More

The best dealership in Kansas City I've been coming to this dealership where I bought my car since 2011 and have had very little to complain about. The last visit was the only one that I've been coming to this dealership where I bought my car since 2011 and have had very little to complain about. The last visit was the only one that I have complained about because they kept me waiting 15 minutes before I got to see a technician meaning the person that writes me up but after that everything was perfect. One other time they forgot to fill my windshield wiper fluid and told me I can do it myself and I told them I have already paid you to do it so I had to reluctantly drive all the way back over there to have them put windshield wiper fluid in. but in general this is the best dealership I have ever visited in my life as far as service and the waiting room it is excellent. They're always open two improvements. However I will say that there are too many questionnaires after the service. More
