Only because they had the car I wanted I had done my research and knew what kind of car I wanted and what price I wanted to pay. Hendrick Acura put out minimal effort to get my business, a I had done my research and knew what kind of car I wanted and what price I wanted to pay. Hendrick Acura put out minimal effort to get my business, and there has been essentially no response to my follow up questions (e.g. the day I picked up the car, the battery in the second key fob was dead and I was told I could bring it in for a new battery; I asked for the scratches to be removed yet there are areas with numerous scratches; I’ve asked to drop by since I forgot to bring the second key when I traded in my old vehicle; I asked for a front license plate frame since there were holes in the front of the car where a frame had been). When I reach out, the salesperson keeps telling me he’ll get back to me and doesn’t. I’m clearly not a valued customer. I had gone with my daughter when she bought her car from another dealership and this experience didn’t come close. I felt like I needed to have my guard up with Hendrick Acura. I don’t know that the good price was worth the negative experience. More
