Horrible experience The sales agent Max basically lied to me many times during the process. He did not initially tell me of the recall on the vehicle during the negotiati The sales agent Max basically lied to me many times during the process. He did not initially tell me of the recall on the vehicle during the negotiations. He also told me he filled my tank only to find out my tank was a quarter full. When I complained about my experience, the management responded immediately and called me to apologize. Dave Fogg, one of the managers did ask me to ask of him during my next visit. That was good. Thanks again to Ian Gramenz, a manger from the Acura dealership for reaching out to me immediately after my review was published. Now, this what I know good customer service to be. Thanks again. More
