After finding the car on-line I called and Jenny seemed friendly with a desire to address my needs. Upon arrival I learned the truck had been loaned to another prospective buyer to have his mechanic inspect it. Jenny nor any associate seemed to know when it was located and when it would be returned. The salesman offered to work up an estimate on my trade which went well. Following another long wait he suggested I leave and finish the rest of my trips business (visit to my sister unplanned) and he would call to notify me to return. I waited 2 1/2 hours and then simply called to notify them I was tired of waiting and was going home. No apology was offered who ever answered the phone he would make a note that I was not returning. The next day I found test gear had been left in my truck. I called Jenny to let her know what I found. She said she would let the salesman know and he would get back to me. No one did and I still have the tester. I can't imagine how a business can succeed with such shabby coordination and poor communication. If what happened was legitimate to cause a customer to travel 120 miles knowing the truck was not available leaves one to believe that this was a sham and they thought they could convince me to buy what was available. In addition the lot and inventory was so poorly displayed that finding a parking spot was nearly impossible. I ended up double parking in the show lot. Shame on you all. Finally I went to FB market place and found a similar truck at a much lower cost. Indirectly you did me a favor. More

Beware this company will sell you a bogus vehicle. Within 5 months of my purchase it was in the shop 6 times eventually having to replace the entire motor within 6 months. Buyer Beware! We purchased a vehicle 6 months for my 16-year-old daughter and noticed almost immediately after that there were some minor and major issues with th We purchased a vehicle 6 months for my 16-year-old daughter and noticed almost immediately after that there were some minor and major issues with the car. The major were 2 oil leaks and control arm issues. We immediately contacted our sales person and kept getting the run around, none of my emails were responded to either. After a few weeks, we finally got the owner on the phone and he said to bring it in which we did. We brought all the issues, major and minor to his attention. He said he would take care of it and sent to his mechanic. We were told the repairs were done and to come get the car. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, my 16-year-old daughter is driving and the car completely locked up on her. We took it to a trusted mechanic and the issues they claimed to have fixed were still there. While fixing these problems that we thought were fixed, the mechanic noticed that the engine was not mounted, none of the engine mounts had bolts to be able to properly mount the engine. So now the car is not usable at all. I emailed the owner on Friday and still no response. Unsafe vehicles and even worse customer service! More
