I purchased an 09 Pathfinder from Jason Pilger Hyundai 11-23-2011. First, the truck was making a weird noise when I test drove it and my salesperson said it would be checked out. Ok no problem... It didn' 11-23-2011. First, the truck was making a weird noise when I test drove it and my salesperson said it would be checked out. Ok no problem... It didn't get checked out and my husband noticed a different sound, should have been the first warning. I told them not having 2 sets of keys and fobs was a dealbreaker so we added it to my WE OWE from them. To date, I am still waiting for the spare set of keys and when I call to inquire about them, I get the run around. My salesperson does not call me back in a timely manner (the first time I called and spoke with him, he said he would check into the keys and call em right back, after 12 DAYS, I finally called back). The trucks transmission doesn't shift smoothly, so in effect I have a 2 yr old $27K vehicle that I am worried is going to crap out on me.. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! AND WILL BE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I HIGHLY doubt my Pathfinder had any type of servicing before it was sold to me and it shows, especially since it wasn't even detailed before I drove off the lot with it.. More
I have purchased several new and used vehicles in my lifetime, but this experience far exceeds all of them. The atmosphere of the dealership and friendliness of the entire staff made my decisions much lifetime, but this experience far exceeds all of them. They all strived to make sure I had the auto "I wanted" and would be completely satisfied with. Being a widow and making all of my major decisions alone, this was very important to me.
