Very poor. I was lied to several times. They lied about the sale price. They lied about the total after tax/title etc price. They would not show me any figures b I was lied to several times. They lied about the sale price. They lied about the total after tax/title etc price. They would not show me any figures before I signed anything. The very last paper I signed had the final figures which was $3000 higher than quoted. They refused to sell it at advertise price ($1000 cheaper on Autotrader). They continuously pushed a good review on their survey. 3 different employees tried pushing me to write a good review. Told me I was being financed through one company (Keesler), I asked twice to verify they did go through Keesler for financing and they said they had but they actually used a different company (Ally) at a much higher rate, 3.44% instead of 1.99%. The next day I went to Keesler on my own and had it transferred over at the lower rate. I had to go back 3 times for items that were missing when I bought the car. The floor manager told my salesman to get the items from another car but my salesman was too lazy to walk outside. Plus the salesman didn't bother to order the items the first or second time I was there. I would not recommend buying from this dealer. More
