Experience was terrible won't recommend Purchased a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Rodney was friendly and eager to help, but I traded in a 2002 Hyundai Sonata and was quoted the trade in v Purchased a brand new 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Rodney was friendly and eager to help, but I traded in a 2002 Hyundai Sonata and was quoted the trade in value being $500 and after stating that Allen Hyundai quoted me $700 after inspecting my vehicle they said they would match it. Well they only gave me $300 not even the original $500 they said they would give for the trade. Dealt a bunch of lies. Not to mention my gap coverage is not what they stated. Dad co signed and was military and they didn't take anything for that like they said they would and I wasn't even mailed my survey. More

Hyundai has an excellent product and could probably sell more by streamlining the sales process. More
