Do not show up at this dealer without support. My own personal experience of being lied to once should have been enough for me to never come back. As I waited today, I watched another salesman raising his voice and talking over a concerned mother trying to make a deal. Meanwhile, my salesman's entire demeanor changed because I dared to show up with a relative. Had to be asked questions several times before he would finally answer, flat out attempted to ignore him while test driving, then proceeded to get into a heated argument before I had to shut both of them down. Of course when I walked out, they tried to call me back and give me the terms I originally requested before leaving. This was before I was told no one else was going help me get into a car. I could have come back for that deal and probably should have, but I am not allowing someone being rude to myself and my blood to make commission off of me. I'll take my chances elsewhere or use Uber. I have blocked their number and will not be responding to any follow ups to this review. More
