This is a great place to buy a car BUT the worst place to go for service. The service department is just looking for money anyway, any how they can get it. the service prices are highly inflated and they " go for service. Also when they don't do anything on the car or aren't able to fix your issue they still charge for a diagnostic which is frustrating. More
This place is a joke to say the least. The service department is horrible. Ben the service manager is rude and runs a completely incompetent service department. The new receptionist is RUDE. She has absolutely no clue what she's doing or how to handle customers. Especially upset customers. Customers service from everyone there but two people is awful. We brought my perfectly fine car in for them to do the recalls on it. I get my car back and it has so many issues you can't back it out the driveway. It's been TOWED back to them TWICE so they could repair whatever happened when they did the recalls. We were told it was our problem on the first return. The car needed spark plugs and coil pack... keep in mind nothing was wrong with the car when we brought it in to start with.. So I had another mechanic put all new plugs and coil pack on the car.. I have receipts. The car still won't turn. Its still doing the same thing as before .So we have it towed to them again.. It's still mess up. So we have the car towed back there a second time. Get nothing but the run around then charged $100 for a new wiring harness.. Told by the service manger " get the car out of my hair" ..so we get it back home again..only to find out they DID NOT CHANGE the wiring harness. Only replaced ONE plug wire. Car is still not running properly and left me on the side of the road. Fourth time around trying to get them to fix my car and it being towed yet again, they now won't speak to me or my husband. They messed up the car..they should fix it. My car has once again been towed to a shop. A different one!! Im currently waiting for answers and a call back from the dealership to see how they plan on resolving the issues they caused. I getting my money back. This place flat out LIES to their customers. Doesn't do what they charge you for. They will not take responsibility for issues they caused. Instead gives people the run around, avoids them all together or tell the irritate customers their car is old and should just buy a new car from them!! WHAT A JOKE!! I wouldn't bring a flat tire to this place. THIS BS has been going on close to two weeks..Two weeks ive been without my car. Which means missing work etc. Never once have they politily offered to pay for the repairs, the tow truck chargers, put me in a rental car while they fix their screw up..NOTHING!! I've contacted a lawyer and will be taking this issue to court if they do not resolve the problem. NEVER AGAIN!! only reason I gave them one star is because the app wouldn't let me write a review without any!! More
