Arrived unannounced to the dealership, because the Ford website said my truck had arrived. My Sales person was not there so, another sales person Check took over and made the whole experience go as smoothl website said my truck had arrived. Mike kept me up to date on the vehicle's progress (or lack thereof). Ford's tracking site was NOT a help. Also, the dealership's tax calculator is off by a few cents...no explanation.
