Start to finish this was the easiest, smoothest no pressure car sales I've been a part of. My wife and I spoke with Manuel over the phone about a used Toyota van on the lot. We were unsure if we shoul pressure car sales I've been a part of. My wife and I spoke with Manuel over the phone about a used Toyota van on the lot. We were unsure if we should take the 2 hour round trip drive with a baby, so Manny offered to take detailed videos of not only the van we were looking at, but another van that someone had just traded in. Based on the videos, we decided to make the drive, and we ended up finding the perfect vehicle for us. Manny kept me in the loop with my vehicle while it went through service and inspection, even on his off day. Great experience with Manny, and the dealership as a whole. More
