The sales manager helped us secure a good deal, but our salesperson did not respond to our emails and questions after the sale. During the purchase, we were informed that the car had features it ultimately salesperson did not respond to our emails and questions after the sale. During the purchase, we were informed that the car had features it ultimately did not possess. Additionally, the manuals are not provided with the vehicle, leaving us to figure out why a promised feature wasn’t working. When we inquired, we were told, “I guess yours doesn't have that.” We purchased a demonstrator vehicle with approximately 3,000 miles, yet we were assured it was new and only used as a loaner. The car was not prepared for delivery; used dog toys and transponders were left inside. After sending three emails to the salesperson to voice our complaints without receiving a response, we called, but nothing was done, indicating that our emails weren’t even acknowledged. The salesperson claimed that her previous descriptions of the vehicle's features during the sale were a misunderstanding on our part, despite us asking for clarification three times and both of us hearing the same information. We have never received a follow-up call about this situation, even though management is aware of the issue. The dealership is very modern and has a large selection of vehicles to choose from. We brought in an advertisement from the website that seemed to contain information the dealership wasn't aware of. Overall, I walked away unsure whether we had gotten a good deal or had been taken advantage of. Even the 800 connect vehicle advocate didn’t know what features were on our car after I provided the VIN. More
