Update from my previous review. I purchased a 2021 CERTIFIED ford mustang MACH-E. The car arrived with a broken charger. I literally could not charge/ drive my vehicle for 5 days wh I purchased a 2021 CERTIFIED ford mustang MACH-E. The car arrived with a broken charger. I literally could not charge/ drive my vehicle for 5 days what right?? I reported the issue and was sent an Amazon link to order some aftermarket charger, not even an apology. I did receive a text from the salesman asking about what was the issue? Hello the salesman sent my the link he knew what the issue was. I ended up purchasing the charging device out of my own pocket on a certified vehicle. Now to issue #2, this is 3 weeks after purchase. Car leaves me stranded at work mind you I had full charge 82% so not the issue. This time both the mini battery and some charging module device was faulty, huh? This is a certified vehicle, the ford dealer that picked up the car and worked on the car could not believe that the dealership that I purchased the vehicle from a few weeks back actually certified the car without correcting those issues. To say the least I am truly disappointed with this dealership and my overall purchase. Just when you think you're purchasing a certified vehicle from a reputable dealership and this happens makes you really wonder, are they really reputable? In closing and final update, I have not even received a call from anyone at the dealership pertaining to the original issue, I wonder if they will at least check in with issue #2 John More

This was easily the best car buying experience of my life. We had been negotiating with a few dealerships on a new Navigator and honestly the process was frustrating. There were lots of promises made an life. We had been negotiating with a few dealerships on a new Navigator and honestly the process was frustrating. There were lots of promises made and not kept. Prices that weren't as advertised along the way. But Victor Ballesteros made us feel comfortable right away. He was direct, trustworthy, and listened to the desires I expressed and made them a reality. He was reponsive, helpful, and hard-working throughout. When the sales manager, Mike D'Amelia, got involved, I was expecting the same bait and switch we'd gotten so far elsewhere. But no, this experience was different. He, too, was direct and reliable. He listened and followed through with every promise made. Then came finance. I figured this was surely where things would become more like the car buying experiences I've loathed in the past. But again, we were treated with respect and without any pressure. The numbers matched what we had agreed to. Michael Vasquez made this process painless. We love our new Navigator but were also amazed at our experience at Jarrett Gordon. We were driving a long way but they made everything as quick and seamless as possible for us, coordinating the majority of the information needed before our arrival. It was definitely worth the 2+ hour drive. More
