I have a Lincoln which required a major software upgrade. Service department was great and getting me scheduled quickly. During the upgrade they checked out a noise I heard and addressed replacing rotors. Service department was great and getting me scheduled quickly. Service manager brought in shop foreman who explained things about hybrids and how breaking is handled along with other features All and all, great service wonderful people More
