Roadside assist and battery replacement We recently suffered from a flat battery twice in the space of four days! The roadside assistance which came with the car when we bought it from JGF w We recently suffered from a flat battery twice in the space of four days! The roadside assistance which came with the car when we bought it from JGF worked well on both occasions and we were back on the road within an hour. Obviously there was an underlying problem with the battery and we booked an appointment at the JGF quick lane service centre. The vehicle was booked in promptly and the course of action to be taken was explained to us. While we waited, we were kept informed of progress and at the end we drove off with a new battery replaced without cost to us under the vehicles 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. Being from the UK, we are accustomed to car batteries lasting 8 to 10 years, it just goes to show how different climates can effect the life of vehicle batteries. More

Jarrett-Gordon was very reassuring that they would do the best they could to diagnosis the problem and see if it could be fixed. As it turned out it was a leaky hose and it was done very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Service was very helpful. More

Battery testing Thought my battery needed replacement, arrived at 5 PM on a Friday evening, after working all day to get the car started, unsure as to shutting the en Thought my battery needed replacement, arrived at 5 PM on a Friday evening, after working all day to get the car started, unsure as to shutting the engine off, they took it to the test area and determined that it was not the battery causeing the problem. It has started everytime since, their last minute timely help was greatly appreciated. Tom Quinn More
Problems with listening to customer As far as quick lube services, I have seen much faster service elsewhere. An 8am appointment takes about an hour and a half to be completed. I have had several problems with the front end of my F-150, making groaning noises as I brake and turn. It took four visits initially for them to finally fix it under warranty. 6,000 miles later, the same thing. This time they kept it and gave me a loaner until they could diagnosis and fix it again. While on vacation in Canada, the truck stalled out. It was able to be restarted and no further problems. 3,000 miles later, when back home, they were able to look at the codes and didn/t find anything. My next trip was to St Augustine, where the same thing happened four different times. The Ford dealer in St Augustine was able to get the codes and fixed it overnight. More
