Great Service I needed the airbag on my Fusion replaced and since I moved here three years ago I didn't have a dealership in Florida to turn to. Even though this wa I needed the airbag on my Fusion replaced and since I moved here three years ago I didn't have a dealership in Florida to turn to. Even though this was the first time working with this dealer, I was given great service. They went out of the way to make the process as easy as possible including giving me a loaner for the time it would take to complete the replacement. I now have a dealer in Florida and look forward to working with them again when I replace my Fusion. More
Great people but poor service I had a service appointment set for 10:00 am for a 45 to 60 minute estimated process. It took over 6 hours for the job to be completed. I had to cancel afternoon appointments because I did not have another vehicle. I’ve tried my best to work with Jennifer each time I’ve had work performed here. Jennifer is a fantastic person to work with. However, unfortunately she has no control over the mechanics, this is where the service department fails. I’ve responded to the service manager by responding to his email asking us about our service and he never responds. Good people working there but I feel management is a little weak. More

Love the Service Department, Not the Sales Department I recently took my car there to be serviced with the Works Package. While I was there, I asked them to look into tiring pricing as well since I knew m I recently took my car there to be serviced with the Works Package. While I was there, I asked them to look into tiring pricing as well since I knew my car was in need of new tires. They provided me prices that couldn't be beat when considering the mail in rebates as well. Jared at the counter was nothing but helpful the entire time. The service department closed at 6:00PM that day but he and the other mechanics stayed late, 1.5 hours later to ensure that my care was set with everything that it needed to perform to its best. I've never had issues with the service department as they always exceed my expectations. Have had issues with the sales department on previous encounters but service has friendly, helpful staff willing to help you every step of the way. Thank-you! More
