I cannot say enough good things about them! I have had terrible experiences with dealers in the past and I'm always so leery about them but everyone (and truly everyone) I interacted with at Jarrett Gordo terrible experiences with dealers in the past and I'm always so leery about them but everyone (and truly everyone) I interacted with at Jarrett Gordon, even if it was just in passing, was so pleasant and helpful. They do a lot of work on their cars before they even consider selling them and they are very honest. Jerome was an awesome help throughout the whole experience. I had to go back twice to get a few things (minor) done on my car that they agreed to fix when buying. It was a slight inconvenience the first time because I live an hour away so the 2nd and 3rd time they picked up my car for me and then gave me a loaner. Jerome was an awesome sales consultant, their finance guy Sol has great expertise, and their manager Kirk is very professional and kind. More
