We are from indiana down here on vacation. When we got here we noticed a noise near the back end of our Lincoln. Very concerned about it but felt vulnerable about where to take it to get it di When we got here we noticed a noise near the back end of our Lincoln. Very concerned about it but felt vulnerable about where to take it to get it diagnosed because we knew absolutely nobody down here. So we prayed about it and felt we should take it to Jarrett-Gordon Fordand it turns out we made the best decision. When we got there kingdom music was playing throughout the dealership. Diagnosis was determined that the rear end differential was out and needed replaced. They gave us a brand new 2025 ford explorer as a loaner for a week. Everything was covered,didn’t have to pay a dime! Best service we ever had. My thanks especially to John Santiago and Little Anthony Gordon and all others there I just don’t know their names. I will definitely take my business here every time I need it.Thanks again and you should go to this dealership! More
