This dealer is a "TYPICAL" care dealer. A $25,000 sale price vehicle ends up being $31,000 out the door vehicle once all of the "FEES" are tacked on. Wicked employee in the service department. Horrible attitude. I would not let anyone with his personality pick up dog poop from the dog park. Tried to speak with management and was told that I was speaking to "supervisor" however I discovered that the person speaking to me was not a management employee. I ran a professional office for over 20 years and my clients never had anything or anyone to deal with or compare to my dealing with the wicked employee. I would have fired anyone who treated people this way. Prior to my professional career, I was in HR and was over 280 plus employees. I had a few problem employees in my 15-year run, but never anything close to wicked service department employee. A few that were fired during my tenure in HR looked like Mother Teresa next to this wicked employee. I have cancer and heart disease and am grateful to be alive. Sometimes I simply can't get where I need to go. I waited at the dealership for more than three hours and then had to go ask about my simple tire repair. Then I was dismissed when I asked that my car be brought to me. I was given wrong directions to my car multiple times. Like I said, this guy must not like women because he just barked at me and continued to provide wrong directions as to where I could go get my vehicle. Wicked and sassy and no business being in any kind of customer service. And wicked employee lied. Said that he texted me. No texts. Said that he called me and the phone rang and rang. Claimed that I didn't answer it. I guess a woman is always to blame.... Funny thing is the printed receipt had a phone number listed (under an incorrect address) with an area code that I have never had. As a matter of fact, the phone number did not come close to any phone number that I have ever had. I called the number that he claimed rang and rang... it is a number that is not in service. Never rang, went straight to message that it was not in service. Very sad employee. Very sad experience trying to speak to "management" personnel. To close on a positive note... In desperation to get my vehicle and get out of that crazy place, I went to the sales department. The people in the sales department tried to be helpful and seemed professional. Too bad they have to pawn their customers off to the service department after a sale. Hard to get repeat business when you deal with a service department employee with such an attitude. More

I had lost my vehicle to damage from the hurricane in September. In the first of October, I had found a replacement vehicle at this dealership. I was looking to replace exactly what I was driving Unfortu September. In the first of October, I had found a replacement vehicle at this dealership. I was looking to replace exactly what I was driving Unfortunately what I found was two years older and because of timing Interest rates are higher. What I got seemed to be OK. I was told it had a clean vehicle history report. This company uses Auto Check instead of Carfax. Within the first week of driving it off a lot I had transmission issues that had to be fixed. And within the first six weeks of having it, I was very unhappy with it. Tried to live with it because I didn’t want to have to switch vehicles again. But by, the end of two months I was hating it. I was paying more for the same vehicle I had had previously but it was two years older. And there were just things about it I could not live with. I decided to buy something completely different, and when I went to a different dealership Found out I was almost $15,000 upside down from what my vehicle was worth. They pulled a Carfax and found out it had been rear ended. It was not worth what I paid for it. Luckily, they were the ones who suggested I go back to Jarrett and talk to them about my issue to see if they would help me make things right. I went back and talk to the GM Chris about my problem and told him I found out about the Carfax and how upside down I am with this vehicle that I don’t even like. He was so kind, knowing how upset I was, looked into my financing and the Carfax report and told me not to worry that they would make it right and he would not let me leave until I was happy. He asked if I would like to work with Kaleigh my previous sales girl. I said absolutely because she took very good care of me the first time. She too, was unaware of the Carfax report and the previous damage that vehicle had gotten. We spent a good portion of the day checking out all the style and price vehicles I was interested in from their lot or any of their other dealerships. They would’ve brought to me any vehicle from any of them that I wanted to test drive and find a replacement with. They let me take as much time as I needed to make my decision of replacement. Kaleigh took a lot of time going through the vehicle’s on their lot as well as everything she could pull up that I might be interested in from their other dealerships. Luckily, I actually found a replacement vehicle on their lot and they worked with me by buying back the first one and replacing it with a different one that I was happy with. They were wonderful handling the finances of getting rid of the first one and getting me financing for my new one. It was wonderful to have a car dealership that cared more about my happiness and experience with them than money. That alone is a reason I would highly highly recommend doing business with them. You won’t get a better car buying experience anywhere. Or deal with more kind, caring people than they are. So to say, I am beyond thrilled with what I am driving now and how everything was handled is an understatement. More
