I had done a online inquiry to buy my vehicle, and this dealership reached out to me. I told them where I needed to be. My car is practically due with 800 miles on it. It's in the wrapper. A young lady by the name of Ashley reached out to me and said that they could give me $47,500 to bring the car by We did and asked for the manager that she stated to ask for Ed only. to be told that they would offer us $2000 less than that. I made it very clear to her not to waste my time and she chose to do so. I wouldn't recommend this dealership if you value your time. More

Had an appointment set two weeks in advance for Monday at 8:30 am. One, issue with the radio not saving any settings (wi-fi, Bluetooth, clock, etc.) Two, backup camera sometimes stays on when in drive and t 8:30 am. Third, an oil change. I was given an early anointment because I let them know that I need the vehicle back the same day. By 2pm I heard nothing so I called to checkup. They had not even looked at it yet and had no plans of looking at it for the rest of the day. They said "sorry" we're running behind. How? I was called the day before to verify my appointment that I had made two weeks prior. How was I not informed? How was I not first? She asked me if I wanted to reschedule..... What difference would it make if the appointment is not honored? It's a shame that they knew I needed the car back before closing or I wouldn't have a ride home or to work the next morning but decided not to tell me they'd be keeping my car overnight. Seems to me like a very inept crew is working there. The attitude/customer service when you are looking to buy a car is so drastically different from when you need it fixed. Guess I made a mistake buying a mustang from Ford. More
