I called to get an estimate and schedule service on my Ford truck. I asked for the service department and was sent to voice mail. I left a message telling them what service I needed and asked for a return Ford truck. I asked for the service department and was sent to voice mail. I left a message telling them what service I needed and asked for a return call. Several days and no return call later, I called again and was put through to voice mail. Left the same message and let them know that this was my second call. Never received a call back, so I took my business elsewhere. Called another Ford dealer and spoke to a person in their service department who gave me a price and scheduled the work for two days later. They will be getting my future business and recommendation. MY daughter 's Mustang was involved in a collision, and needed bodywork , insured by Allstate . After 3 weeks of body work and $ 8700.oo .The car appeared repaired , only to find out that we experienced se needed bodywork , insured by Allstate . The claim was reopened and the car was taken to Sawgrass Ford in Broward county Fla this time . We were told that the rear axle assembly was seriously damaged still and the car was seriously out of alignment because of it , $ 4600.oo later on the road again . We were asked "who the xxxx did the work" several times and obviously it was Charlotte County Ford in Port Charlotte ,Fla. At this time Allstate is investigating their negligence and attempting to recover monies for lousy work they performed . More
I drove past the Ft. Myers dealer to have my 60,000 mile transmission service for my F250 because the price they quoted me for the service was cheaper. My A/C had begun blowing a little less cold recently, transmission service for my F250 because the price they quoted me for the service was cheaper. My A/C had begun blowing a little less cold recently, so I had them look at it as well. They told me that some valve was probably clogged and that it would be over $400 and several hours to fix. I said that I didn't have time that day and would have to reschedule. Several weeks later, I went to the local Tires Plus to have them look at it, not telling them what the dealer had told me. They looked under the hood, reconnected a hose that had fallen off, and sent me on my way no charge. Enough said. More

Specifically, I want to compliment Dominick for his professionalism and personal attention. On July 5, when returning from Alabama, my car lost power while I was passing in the left lane of I-75 just South of Gainesville. The LCD read, “FAIL SAFE ENGINE.” I was able to safely move to the outside lane and call your Service Department. Dominick helped to locate a nearby Ford dealership and a preferred towing service. Before I contacted the dealership, I asked if starting my car again might be safe. Dominick suggested I try it but to keep my flashers on and remain on the shoulder of the highway. The car worked. He stayed on the phone with me and instructed me to increase the speed and to re-enter the flow of traffic by gradually increasing my speed. Once I was up to 65 mph and there was no indication of engine failure, Dominick gave me his cell phone number and asked me to call him if I encountered problems once I was well on my way. I did not encounter any problems as I continued to drive toward Port Charlotte. About two hours later, my cell phone rang and it was Dominick checking on me. I was able to give a “going-good” report to him. I made it home without any hint of engine malfunction. The next day, I brought my car to the Service Center and even though your Team was unable to duplicate the problem I had encountered the day before, they did not charge me. I suspect I am not the only customer whose satisfaction with Dominick and your entire Service Team keeps you in the highly rated Ford dealerships. I am sure the day will come to purchase a new Ford. I am certain I will shop with you. Your Service Team makes the service after the sale the number one reason to be a repeat customer. More

She took the time to make sure I received the car I was expecting at the price I was expecting to pay. My main residence is in Gijon Spain and the transaction was totally handled over the internet via email. No doubt this was a very complicated sale since I also had a vehicle to trade in. People from the dealership drove to my home on Pine Island, appraised by car and when the new Mustang was ordered, picked my old car up from my home. Everything was completed while I was out of the country! When I arrived back in Florida, the new Mustang was built as ordered and delivered as promised. More
