Specifically, I want to compliment Dominick for his professionalism and personal attention. On July 5, when returning from Alabama, my car lost power while I was passing in the left lane of I-75 just South of Gainesville. The LCD read, “FAIL SAFE ENGINE.” I was able to safely move to the outside lane and call your Service Department. Dominick helped to locate a nearby Ford dealership and a preferred towing service. Before I contacted the dealership, I asked if starting my car again might be safe. Dominick suggested I try it but to keep my flashers on and remain on the shoulder of the highway. The car worked. He stayed on the phone with me and instructed me to increase the speed and to re-enter the flow of traffic by gradually increasing my speed. Once I was up to 65 mph and there was no indication of engine failure, Dominick gave me his cell phone number and asked me to call him if I encountered problems once I was well on my way. I did not encounter any problems as I continued to drive toward Port Charlotte. About two hours later, my cell phone rang and it was Dominick checking on me. I was able to give a “going-good” report to him. I made it home without any hint of engine malfunction. The next day, I brought my car to the Service Center and even though your Team was unable to duplicate the problem I had encountered the day before, they did not charge me. I suspect I am not the only customer whose satisfaction with Dominick and your entire Service Team keeps you in the highly rated Ford dealerships. I am sure the day will come to purchase a new Ford. I am certain I will shop with you. Your Service Team makes the service after the sale the number one reason to be a repeat customer. More
I recently special ordered a new 2012 Mustang convertible from the Charlotte County Ford dealership. She took the time to make sure I received the car I was expecting at the price I was expecting to pay. My main residence is in Gijon Spain and the transaction was totally handled over the internet via email. No doubt this was a very complicated sale since I also had a vehicle to trade in. People from the dealership drove to my home on Pine Island, appraised by car and when the new Mustang was ordered, picked my old car up from my home. Everything was completed while I was out of the country! When I arrived back in Florida, the new Mustang was built as ordered and delivered as promised. More

At delivery, since the car was the first Shelby delivered in the area, there was a feeling of being a celebrity. Many of the office and service are personnel were introduced and offered congradulations. I've bought several vehicles from Don Gasgarth Charlotte County Ford, and get them all serviced there, I cannot recommend them enough for always going above and beyond. More

We found Charlotte County Ford because a friend of ours had been very pleased with them. The body shop worked on our Honda Odessy van after an accident and it is absolutely beautiful.
