My salesman was not pushy, simply making helpful suggestions when I solicited them. As to the choice of a car, he wanted me to be perfectly comfortable and satisfied. I have been purchasing cars here for 30 years, and have continued to find their service department to be absolutely honest regarding all my needs. My wife has also appreciated both the sales and service departments here - no one is made to feel stupid or ignorant - meaning she can drop her car off in full confidence knowing that the work will be completed to her satisfaction. I called to get an estimate and schedule service on my Ford truck. I asked for the service department and was sent to voice mail. I left a message telling them what service I needed and asked for a return Ford truck. I asked for the service department and was sent to voice mail. I left a message telling them what service I needed and asked for a return call. Several days and no return call later, I called again and was put through to voice mail. Left the same message and let them know that this was my second call. Never received a call back, so I took my business elsewhere. Called another Ford dealer and spoke to a person in their service department who gave me a price and scheduled the work for two days later. They will be getting my future business and recommendation. MY daughter 's Mustang was involved in a collision, and needed bodywork , insured by Allstate . After 3 weeks of body work and $ 8700.oo .The car appeared repaired , only to find out that we experienced se needed bodywork , insured by Allstate . After 3 weeks of body work and $ 8700.oo .The car appeared repaired , only to find out that we experienced severe tire wear on all four tires . The claim was reopened and the car was taken to Sawgrass Ford in Broward county Fla this time . We were told that the rear axle assembly was seriously damaged still and the car was seriously out of alignment because of it , $ 4600.oo later on the road again . We were asked "who the xxxx did the work" several times and obviously it was Charlotte County Ford in Port Charlotte ,Fla. At this time Allstate is investigating their negligence and attempting to recover monies for lousy work they performed . More
I drove past the Ft. Myers dealer to have my 60,000 mile transmission service for my F250 because the price they quoted me for the service was cheaper. My A/C had begun blowing a little less cold recently, transmission service for my F250 because the price they quoted me for the service was cheaper. My A/C had begun blowing a little less cold recently, so I had them look at it as well. They told me that some valve was probably clogged and that it would be over $400 and several hours to fix. I said that I didn't have time that day and would have to reschedule. Several weeks later, I went to the local Tires Plus to have them look at it, not telling them what the dealer had told me. They looked under the hood, reconnected a hose that had fallen off, and sent me on my way no charge. Enough said. More
