He even answered the number on his business card on a Sunday when they were closed, which was very impressive to me, and gave me the information I needed to decide on the car and go buy the next morning. I can's say enough about how professional the process was and after having taken my Explorer to them for service since moving here I was glad to finally give them my car purchase business. Very Satisfied Cutomer I'm so glad I decided to stop in Don Gasgarth's Charlotte County Ford on a Sunday morning. I found a 2016 Ford Explorer I fell in love with. I contacted Arthur Francis (Salesmen) the next day. I have a 2015 Lincoln MKZ also and I knew a Ford vehicle would be quality. I took the 2016 Explorer for a test ride the very next day and it rode as good as my Lincoln. I was so pleased and Arthur Francis explained all the features and details of the vehicle from Bumper to Bumper.. I traded a 2012 Toyota Venza for the Explorer..I actually took the Venza to Don Gasgarth's for the maintenance for 2 years.because it was close by and I was so pleased. I knew I could trust this dealer. Thank You so much Arthur Francis and the polite personal at this dealership. I love driving this vehicle everyday. 2016 Fusion My son 's 2016 Fusion was involved in a rear-end collision, and needed bodywork. The car appeared repaired upon return from Charlotte County Ford , My son 's 2016 Fusion was involved in a rear-end collision, and needed bodywork. The car appeared repaired upon return from Charlotte County Ford , only to find out that the rear bumper that had been replaced and repainted didn't match the car and was almost falling off in places and body lines between the quarter panels, trunk and rear doors on the vehicle didn't line up. Was told by this dealer that this misalignment was normal. Now come to find out that due to this misalignment and failure to properly fix my sons car the trunk is now full of water and smells strongly of mold. And as far as their 100% guarantee on there repairs, well that isn't being honored.. We were told by this dealer that we could not return with the vehicle due to making them repaint the bumper twice and the vehicle going into the lemon law process for other problems. More
