Doug allowed a friend of ours to pick up the vehicle and take it to a third party who validated the condition and quality of the vehicle. He talked to the mechanic giving us problems with service only to enrage the mechanic to the point of an attempted sabotage of my F250 Super Duty Crew cab 4x4 Lariet pickup truck. The engine light came on, I checked the oil first thing. Oil level was perfect so we took it in for service. The mechanic in an attempt to repair it broke the o2 sensor off. It would take 9 days for parts and we complained. Mr Doyle got it done in 5 days. When we picked it up the oil was 2+ quarts high. The coolant was almost empty. Battery terminals green with corrosion. Power steering fluid was low. I will never return to this dealers service center and warn everyone I know of the danger! More
