I called to get an estimate and schedule service on my Ford truck. I asked for the service department and was sent to voice mail. I left a message telling them what service I needed and asked for a return Ford truck. I asked for the service department and was sent to voice mail. Left the same message and let them know that this was my second call. Never received a call back, so I took my business elsewhere. Called another Ford dealer and spoke to a person in their service department who gave me a price and scheduled the work for two days later. They will be getting my future business and recommendation. MY daughter 's Mustang was involved in a collision, and needed bodywork , insured by Allstate . After 3 weeks of body work and $ 8700.oo .The car appeared repaired , only to find out that we experienced se needed bodywork , insured by Allstate . After 3 weeks of body work and $ 8700.oo .The car appeared repaired , only to find out that we experienced severe tire wear on all four tires . The claim was reopened and the car was taken to Sawgrass Ford in Broward county Fla this time . We were told that the rear axle assembly was seriously damaged still and the car was seriously out of alignment because of it , $ 4600.oo later on the road again . We were asked "who the xxxx did the work" several times and obviously it was Charlotte County Ford in Port Charlotte ,Fla. At this time Allstate is investigating their negligence and attempting to recover monies for lousy work they performed . More
