THIS REVIEW IS LONG OVER DUE SO LET ME GET STARTED. I SUGGESTED ON THE PURCHASE OF A LINCOLN TOWN CAR IF ONE WHERE TO COME IN AS A TRADE IN AND IT DID. GREG HURNEY QUICKLY NOTIFIED A FRIEND OF MINE WHO SUGGESTED ON THE PURCHASE OF A LINCOLN TOWN CAR IF ONE WHERE TO COME IN AS A TRADE IN AND IT DID. GREG HURNEY QUICKLY NOTIFIED A FRIEND OF MINE WHO NOTIFIED ME. I WENT DOWN THAT DAY AND IT APPEARED TO HAVE BEEN SOLD WITHIN HOURS. I LEFT MY PHONE NUMBER WITH GREG HURNEY AND CALLED ME THAT NIGHT TO UPDATE ME THAT THE CAR WAS STILL AVAILABLE. I HAD ALREADY TEST DROVE IT THE DAY BEFORE AND TOLD GREG THAT I WOULD BE THERE WITH CASHIERS CHECK THE FOLLOWING DAY. I ARRIVED THAT DAY AND ALL PAPER WORK WAS DONE AND EVEN HAD MY INSURANCE READY TO MOVE UPON PURCHASE. I WAS IN AND OUT WITHIN A HOUR AND WAS TOLD THAT AFTER DETAILING THE FOLLOWING DAY THE CAR WOULD BE READY. GREG AND STAFF PERSONALLY DELIVERED MY CAR. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE AND HAVE RECOMMENDED TO SOME FRIENDS THAT GREG IS THE GO TO GUY AS WELL AS HIS STAFF. THANKS GREATLY. OH, I PURCHASED THE CAR 18 MONTHS AGO. A SPECIAL SHOUT IT TO JILL TURBIVILLE WHO HAS HANDLED ANY REPAIR ISSUES WITH THE CAR IN THAT TIME FRAME. More

Jesus was outstanding! I was initially pretty upset that I had not been verbally informed that the tire tread wear on my Mustang GT was marginal following a tire rotation. I found out on the highway at 5am I had not been verbally informed that the tire tread wear on my Mustang GT was marginal following a tire rotation. I found out on the highway at 5am on my way to work the next day. It was not a fun drive. Then I got an EMAIL from Gasgarth telling me my tires needed service. Jesus knows how to make a customer happy! First he acknowledged that I should have been told about the tread wear issue, not informed by email! He worked with me to get a great price on a new set of Michelins. He got them in and installed before I had to make another 5am journey to work. That was a fun drive! Thanks Jesus! More

I went into the dealership to buy my leased auto, that I leased in New Jersey The Finance manager explained to me the cost involved , it was going to save me money to buy a new car. I agreed . The entire staff helped me and I got to test drive 5 different vehicles. We are know proud owners of a 2020 Edge. The dealership had me over a barrel and till worked with me and gave me an excellent deal on my car . Alan was my sales men , and help my wife to totally understand not just the vehicle, but also the Ford App. , and programming all our keys.
