I believe I got good service. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They showed me the two filters that they said needed replacing and I agreed. Bottom line...don't trust Port Charlotte internet sales (Brooke) or store sales manager (Paul). Paul lied to my face without even blinking. The Explorer ST I was told was available at a sister store b (Brooke) or store sales manager (Paul). Paul lied to my face without even blinking. The Explorer ST I was told was available at a sister store by Brooke and could be easily brought to Port Charlotte was mysteriously not available when I showed up for my appointment. The Port Charlotte sales manager, Paul, told me it was sold and showed me what he had available on his lot and in transit. The bait and switch seemed fishy so when I left I called the other Jarrett location and found it was not sold. In fact, the sales rep at the sister location (Will) sent me pictures, exact mileage and offered to set an appt to test drive it. I ended up purchasing a 2021 from an entirely different dealer the next day. I don't have time for lies and the run around. Also reported this experience to Ford directly. So...buyers beware. More
